The general contractor for our home renovation recommended Made in the Shade for our window treatments. We are so glad they did. From the first appointment, through the selection, measuring, ordering, and installation process, Brendon and his team were amazing. They provided sound advice/recommendations, had vast knowledge of their product lines, had an extensive amount of various options. They were professional, patient and thoughtful throughout the process. They even installed temporary blinds until ours arrived. Our blinds/shades arrived in the timeline they stated, were sized perfectly and their installer is amazing! He was very thorough and so experienced it took him no time at all to install the blinds/shades for our whole house. We couldn't believe how fast they went up. We are very pleased with the quality of our blinds/shades (we love them) and working with Made in the Shade team was the best interaction of our whole renovation. From the first phone call to working with the salesman to the install the experience was completely satisfying. With these days of all the big companies getting all the business consider giving this company your business very professional very courteous very timely. Want to give a shout out to Brendan Killian with Made in the Shade and his installer, Nick. We had an easy and seamless experience with them. Brendan provided excellent advice as to new blinds and a Sun Coast patio awning we just had installed. The blinds and awning are beautiful and are a much better quality than our previous blinds. Brendan and his team were great from the beginning to the end.  He opened his warehouse for us on the last minute and we were able to view several options.  We settled on window shutters.  Brendan was the only one to use take measurements using a laser guided device, which gave us added assurance that the shutters would be a precise fit. Working with Brendan was a pleasure. Even though you were with many options of finishes and materials. Then just before we were to confirm the order, I was having second thoughts about what we had chosen. He brought over new options only to have me settle on what we had originally decided. Made In The Shade has been a great service for the small business I manage. Brenda came out once to replace one roller shade and matched it exactly to our existing shades, plus she measured all of our windows so as more roller shades give out, she already has all the info and can simply order us replacements and get them installed quickly. Nick came out for the installation and is such an awesome guy, very friendly and knows everything there is to know about his trade!
